To get a refund minus the protection fee, with a boat or jetski rental you’ll need to purchase the Last Minute Cancelation Protection.
Without the protection insurance, if we are unable to send you out on your original rental date due to weather we would first try to move you to another day. If that doesn’t work you will be issued a credit to use another time. The credits do not expire.

Please arrive 30 minutes early for check-in. Arriving at the scheduled time of your reservation is considered “late.” As our reservations are on a schedule, late arrivals are subject to cancellations without a refund, or may be sent out with no extra time and due back at the scheduled time on the reservation.

Any jet skis returned more than 5 minutes late will have a late fee of $20 every additional 5 minutes.
Any boat rental returned more than 10 minutes will have a late fee of $20 every additional 10 minutes.

Safety is our biggest priority. If we are experiencing weather issues (heavy rains, lightning, thundering, high winds) we may cancel reservations. If we cancel reservations due to weather, we will attempt to reschedule when there is better weather. Ultimately, it is our call to determine if we must cancel due to weather. It is important that we have reliable cell phone numbers in order to notify our customers of any changes to their reservation.
In the event of inclement weather during your boat rental or reservations, our crew may deem the conditions unsafe to continue with your reserved timeframe. In this event, a credit will be issued for your remaining time period to be used at a later date.
